Wood Houses - New Build
These homes are built entirely from wood, providing families with durable and comfortable living spaces. Constructed from six panels that are assembled in Magdalena and then transported by truck, each home measures 10 by 20 feet. Doors and windows are crafted from wood, and the roof is made from lamina for added protection.
Typically, the house is one open room, but an internal division can be added if the family desires extra space or privacy.
Each home offers families stability, security, and a safe place to grow and thrive.

Lamina House - New Build
These homes are designed to provide families with safe, comfortable, and durable housing. Built with a sturdy wooden frame and walls of torquelada lamina—a material high in zinc to help keep interiors cooler during the day—each home measures 10 by 20 feet. An optional internal division can be added for extra privacy, and doors and windows are crafted from wood with a lamina cover for durability.
Every home built provides families with stability, security, and hope for the future.
Strong, Lasting Foundations
All of our homes are built on a concrete base with three rows of cement blocks—one below ground and two above. This foundation not only keeps water from entering the home but also ensures long-term stability and durability. The price of each home also includes locks for the doors and windows, providing families with added security and peace of mind.

We help families in the community with essential home repairs to create safer, more stable living environments. Our team handles roof repairs, structural repairs, plumbing and electrical repairs, and others, ensuring quality and safety every step of the way. By coming alongside these families, we help meet practical needs and show care in tangible ways.
